He became a business broker in 2014 with Empire Business Brokers and has been the leading broker for numerous years, closing $5M+ deals. Earl and Nick founded The Empowered Business Brokers together. Earl has a mission to recruit business brokers to his organizations and give them the support they need to be tremendously successful. Earl also founded The Premier Advisory Group of companies with a purpose and passion to be a catalyst for the success of business owners. He has nearly 40 years of business coaching and business brokering experience. Earl believes that the key to success in life and business is to have a burning passion to be the best that you can possibly be, have clarity, and confidently take action. He helps business owners achieve freedom, finances, and fulfillment in their life and in their businesses while building wealth. Earl has been married to his wife Jan for 46 years he has been blessed with 4 Children, 17 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, and one on the way in December.
