Jeffrey Albee

 Jeff Albee brings over 30 years of experience leading and consulting on complex commercial real estate transactions where he has been involved in the sale and lease of more than $1.5 billion dollars of real estate investment assets (over 20 million square feet). With an emphasis on building long term values for clients, Jeff draws on his experience in real estate brokerage to distinguish himself as one of the top investment sales brokers/ consultants in Los Angeles. Jeff’s background includes managing various teams of commercial real estate advisors who have specialized in industrial, medical/office, multifamily, and retail properties. Jeff’s reputation of being a successful advisor, executive, and mentor is brought on by his exceptional work ethic and incomparable market/industry knowledge. Jeff has been named by Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the Most Influential Brokers in the Greater Los Angeles Area. In 2017 and 2022 Jeff was elected by his peers to be the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of CCIM. Jeff is a proud US Air Force veteran.

Jeff enjoys spending time with his two grown children and two grandchildren. He was a noncommissioned officer in the US Air Force served in Germany, Texas and California. A family with long history of serving the Air Force, Marines, Army and Navy. Hoping soon to serve in the space force.
